Search for owners

Perform an owner search to locate and manage owner records.

Owner search functions like a typical web browser search, allowing you to enter any amount of information and find all related records. For example, a search for Doe would find any owners with Doe anywhere in their name, such as "Jane Doe" as well as any owner's addresses with Doe in the name.

Access owner search

• To access owner search, select Owners on the left-side navigation.

• You can also search for owners during parcel transfers. Learn more: Transfer a parcel

Perform an owner search

The following image and legend describe the owner search options.

 

1. Owner or Entity Name, Address, ID, or Account Number: Enter a search term to locate an owner.

2. Show Active, Inactive, or All: Select the status of owner records to include in the search.

3. Search Owners: After entering the desired search criteria, select Search Owners to perform the search.

4. Clear Search: Clear all search criteria and the search grids.

5. Search results: View the search results in the grid below the search box.

   Select an owner's Name to view owner details.

6. Reset All Filters: Reset any filters applied to search results in the grid.

7. Export to Excel: Download an Excel file of the search results.
